Founded in 1991, the Adult A.D.D. Association is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, information, and referral services to those affected by Adult Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

Since the first book on adult ADD was published in the 1980's, more than 50 books have been published on adult ADD. The following is a listing of the books that I personally found the most helpful as an ADD adult, spouse, and mother.
