| Insurance & Fees: ICHC accepts Healthy Options, Medicare, Medicaid, the Basic Health Plan, DSHS coupons, and most private insurance. For people who do not have insurance we discount our charges on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. No one is ever denied services because of an inability to pay. |
