The purpose of this organization is, through blind people themselves, to promote the economic and social welfare of blind people of this county by seeking their complete integration into society on the basis of equality. This Chapter meets the second Saturday of each month. They meet at the Health Support Center, 1212 Indian Street, Bellingham. Sack lunch at noon, Meeting time 1:00 pm.
